I give this rating because I did not know that this was a continuous program when they came back in the spring. I had no idea they were coming. I had always asked a call ahead of time. I did not receive that call. When I tried to pay my account I called and left a message. I never received anything back. Therefore, my payment was late because of poor service from the office not from the person that worked at my house. He did a very nice job. I just called and paid my account and told her why . I’ve been using Weedman‘a lawn services for about one year. They have done a remarkable job of improving our lawn. The lawn had yellowish thin and dead spots. It is now thick and a healthy shade of green. I saw a significant improvement after the first two months. The service is a good value considering the time, effort, and handling of chemicals it would take for me to replicate the results. Highly recommended!
