My initial complaint over a misunderstanding was rectified when I spoke to ***** the regional manager. His professional and customer service shone through and I really appreciated his follow up. They really showed that customer service was a priority and I appreciate that. Kudos *****
I signed up for monthly service. I had sod in my front yard and a grass mix in my backyard. Whatever was being sprayed was killing my back yard. I also had a lot of weeds still in the front yard. I spoke with the technician who advised they would only spray the front yard and it would be less money each month moving forward since they would be doing a much smaller area. I have used Weedman for several years. My lawn is so green, fluffy and no weeds. They let you know ahead of time when they are coming and leave feedback for making your lawn even better. I have a few minor issues but one call has resolved it.
This company is great! My yard was a challenge with all the weeds and they came out and figured out what I needed to control them. My yard now looks great!! I highly recommend this company!!
