I received multiple calls from this company (sometimes twice a day) for an entire week. After I politely let them know I wasn’t interested, they continued calling multiple times a week for several more weeks. When I finally asked to be removed from their list, I was met with an incredibly rude response from a salaried employee. Very unprofessional and persistent in the worst way. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Guys who aerated the lawn left the back gate open and my two dogs got out. Spent a half hour running around the neighborhood in the middle of a work day. Mentioned this twice to a customer service representative who could not have cared less. They also call you way too often once agreeing to work with them once.
I have worked with Weed Man for lawn care for 3 years now. I love that the products used are safe for my animals. My lawn has looked better each year. I has asked questions for what would address any concerns Caleb discussed options and prices. I have chosen what I would like done and have been very satisfied with his work.
Amazing service, on time with given notifications of when service will be completed at your home. I was the type of guy who took pride in applying his own Scott's weed control to the yard every year and mowing it making it pretty and I thought it was cheaper more effective. Weedman, every year would cold call me prior to every season, were very knowledgeable answering my questions and without any pressure asked for my business. I politely declined for 5 years.
