Nick is a great representative for Weed Man Lawn Care. He introduced himself on arrival, explained what he was goIng to do and got to work quickly and thoroughly. We had an opportunity to talk a bit about how dry it’s been this winter and he told me about a new product you are offering, Moisture Magnet. I hope Nick will continue to be my Weed Man tech. He hits all of the “P’s” I like to see in anyone who does a service for me : Polite, Personable & Professional.
Weed Man showed up at a property this morning insisting that they had taken over the property from another company. The tech kept insisting he was at the right address and basically forced the homeowner to allow him to apply a product. Tech supposedly called the office and was told to apply product. Weed Man had the wrong address and instead of holding off a day or two to verify information they lied to a homeowner to get product on the ground. Unbelievable the way they pressured an elderly man to allow them to do something.
