Mr. William Hayes, took the time to explain the treatment plan and answered all of my questions. After just a short time, I noticed my lawn becoming greener, healthier, and with far fewer weeds. Their customer service was excellent, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied with the results. Unfortunately this service is 100% fraud. I was charged for fertilization and had absolutely no fertilizer in my lawn. Called to complain 3 times and still not one person has owned up and admitted fault. They decided to just send another worker to complete it. If I had not complained I would have just paid for nothing. It's alarming how there's no accountability and no one in management that cares. Avoid this service at all costs!!!
