Needed constant reapplications to get weeds gone. Never felt like I was getting a good value. Repeated attempts to sell me additional services like grub or mosquito control, or aeration. Finally when I quit the lady tried to argue with me. Not a great strategy to convince me not to end the business relationship.
I can't even start to tell you how disappointed I am with their service. And the follow up to my complaints was worse. I signed up for the 4 step weed control and fertilization program. They did the weed control and the fertilization the same day at 7am in the morning. I sent them pictures of the lack of fertilizer in some bare spots. They sent an 'expert out to review with me. He told me it looked fine, and that some had been absorbed, even though it was only 2 days later and we hadn't had any rain. I have been fertilizing ... read more
