So far so good...very straight forward with their plans for you lawn...just started using them but good so far.
Horrible service. I could never get the “home office” to have the local Wilmington office that was servicing us to contact us. We continued to have weeds after they serviced our yard, and they burnt several sections of our yard when fertilizing in the summer months. I could never, ever get someone to respond to me on these issues. Fastest service I received, was when I left a message to terminate my treatments. I have no idea how these guys are in business.
Not worth a single penny. We had Weedman out to give us an estimate a year ago, while they were here, they said they would treat the grass and the rocks - and they wrote that in the contract we signed. They repeatedly we asked them to treat the rocks that were overgrowing with weeds while they were here. After months of terrible looking landscape, we called them. They said they do not do rocks. Since you waited 2 years to reply, allow me to retort. 2 years ago during a treatment the mist not only killed my tree but the neighbors tree as well. The associate wasn't even paying attention to what he was doing. Just going through the motions. That is why I called your business that day and informed your company your services are no longer required.
