Wee-R-Sweetz is one of the original shops at Barefoot Landing, most known for its homemade salt water taffy. The taffy that we make is made from scratch in house. The process is simple yet complicated, the ingredients are simple the process is complicated. The machines that we use in the store to make the taffy are over 90 years old. This was our first visit at Wee R Sweetz, it was the best candy ever. The taffy was awesome and the sugar free chocolate was just as good. I will definitely be back.
Your salt water taffy is absolutely the very best. I was in N. Myrtle Beach earlier this month, and in previous years, and always stop at Wee R Sweetz at Barefoot Landing or Broadway at the Beach, for my "fix" of your taffy and bringing home a couple of pounds to share with friends, tho' I could eat the whole amount myself.
