Not happy with them, seems to have gone downhill after the recent changes. Petty charges, not willing to accept insurance for a newborn under mother's insurance, which is insane. $175 for a newborn checkup in which the doctor did absolutely nothing. Would recommend people go elsewhere
After the loss of Doctor T. This place has done nothing but decline and neglect their patients and duties as an office. I wouldn’t send a child here if it was your last option. Keep looking .
my kids use to see Stacy for a while & when she left she made sure to remind me they will be taken care of with Sarah and now we won’t see anyone but Sarah ! Both my boys have a diagnosis of autism and she is so patient and understanding when it comes to my concerns about them and answers all the worried mom questions. We also love EVERYONE at the front desk who immediately welcomes us as soon as we walk in. Thank you for everything you guys do to accommodate my kids and I
Cant even schedule an appointment anymore?? Parents do work and need to schedule their time, and cannot just rely on "call the day you want to come in and we'll see if theres any availability". Not to mention the past several appointments have taken 30-45 minutes to even be seen by anyone. Its a shame to see what was once a well respected practice go downhill so fast.
