Location contacted to make an appointment. Twice I was asked for insurance information first. I gave insurance information, DOB, etc then was told they had to verify information and call me back before scheduling a much needed and immediately suggested appointment. This is questionable tactics. Why ask for insurance information and not make appointment? A rapid failure to service community!
