Found a bug in my food, freshly opened the container and found a bug crawling around in it. Then they also did not provide any of the sauces that came with our sides. The staff was very friendly and remade the order and gave us free ice cream, but like it’s still a bug.. The picnic tables are also falling apart and covered in melted ice cream droppings. My husband said his burger was great but I promptly lost my appetite.
a little overpriced for a mid burger
Very disappointed, serves was super slow waited 10-15 minutes while the kids horse around. Burger was tasteless, cheap, dry and very expensive. We had 4 people, waited 40 minutes, and they were slow. I will not go back again, Very disappointed. Top 5 in Wisconsin, PLEASE. Top 5 in being A DUMP!~!!!!!!!!
July 21, 2026 ordered double chez buger with fried onions, fry, and a diet soda. Right away gave me 2 diets. I told young man instead of giving back change for extra diet soda I’d just take the extra diet I did not Oder, but he rang up. Waited over 10 mins finally get burger and I see no fries that ordered. He supposedly looked at receipt and said had no fries.
