Well, I thought this would be an awesome, affordable way to receive a wedding video. But it has been over 4.5 months since I sent in the request for the video edit that is already paid for and they have yet to deliver. I just receive non-informational responses about how the video is "in que" or "in the works" from someone when I follow up. If you're this backed up on editing, update your expected time. Stay in communication, don't wait for me to complain.
I used this company for my RECENT June 6th destination wedding... I emailed and sent the cameras back promptly... that was the last communication I have had with this company... that was the end of June beginning of July when I asked about adding our voices to the edit for our vows (our guests w the cameras were in the moment and missed the vows) .... I would give zero stars if that was an option. I still can't decide whether or not this whole thing is a scam.. My wedding was over three months ago and I thought Wedits would be a fun way for our guests to help capture our special day. I submitted an order two weeks before my wedding, and two days out, I realized I hadn't heard a peep from anyone. Wedit charge a $10 fee to send a monetary gift. We could have just transferred the money directly to their account for free and cut out the middle man.
