I live in Erie, PA and my wife's folks have gone to Forest for years. I went in there with a frame issue from glasses I got in Pennsylvania. He took the time to fix them and chatted with me about airplanes, Oshkosh, politics, trucks and politics. He fixed the frames and wouldn't take anything for it. (It was around Christmas.) I came back this year with my daughter and gave him a gift card. I didn't tell him I was coming. I just dropped in and he took the time to chat with me again. This fella is top shelf. Forest has helped both of my parents for years. He is professional, friendly and goes the extra mile to be sure everything is just right.
Forrest should give lessons on customer service! He has been my family's go to guy for over 30 years. He has MacGyvered many, many frames over the years so we wouldn't have to buy new ones. I won't go anywhere else till Forrest retires.
