Excellent care by Dr. Reza and all of his staff. The dental hygienist who performed a 6 month cleaning and check up was top notch - skilled, efficient, professional, thorough, and personable. Thank you.
Several negative experiences with this practice: 1. They scheduled my appointments at two different offices with two different dentists. It’s worth noting that both offices are on the same street, but it was just weird and poor customer service 2. Their hygienist couldn’t tell the difference between composite and tartar 3. I was told that, as an existing patient, I had to have X-rays and a cleaning before they would examine my loose onlay?? 4. The team is so kind, personable and professional. I enjoyed my visit and how involved i was with the information/process about my teeth. Looking forward to my next visit.
