After Hurricane Ian, the condo required a complete rebuild. The grounds were left in rough shape following Ian and suffered further damage from Hurricanes Milton and Helene. As of today, March 12, 2025, the landscaping is undergoing significant improvements. The pool area has been fully renovated, and the BBQ area is now operational. Each day brings new enhancements, making this special place increasingly lovely.
We had a very nice time hanging out in the condo. Great view from the screened porch, customer service is fantastic! Our hosts Dave and Sylvia were extremely generous, airport pick up and drop off are all included with a quick pit stop to a nice tiki bar. They even booked us a sunset cruise! We couldn’t ask for more! Highly reccommended to any tourist thinking about visiting Sanibel Island.
