We have been customers of Diamondback Drugs for several years but have noticed a significant decline in customer service since they merged with Wedgewood. My veterinarians have also noticed the delay in filling prescriptions. I have also not received confirmation when a prescription is ready. Diamondback was 5 star before the merger...I hope they can reclaim their excellence as before and this is just an adjustment.
