We thought Wedgewood was a premium builder and bought a 3 year old house built by Wedgewood. I can honestly say they are no better than any other bottom barrel builder. Cabinet doors are falling off, high end appliances are pitiful, sump pump failure, roof construction failures, HVAC ducts not connected, undersized HVAC fan, Windows poorly installed and needed repair to shut, cracked foundation. I have owned two Wedgewood homes already and they look great at first glance. However, unless you are building a complete custom home at a cost of 900 K or more, they are not concerned with any of your issues and they have very low standards with their subs. Don’t be another person who is duped by them. The list is endless.
