Customer service is excellent. I was away on vacation when they replaced my roof, could not tell anything had been done, clean up was excellent. Did have an issue, evidently, roofers got caught in the rain when completing very small portion of the roof, which resulted in water stains in my living room. Steve came out immediately, investigated the issue himself, the company paid for repair to my ceiling.
Thank you for your awesome job putting a new roof on my house. The men were professional, quick, and thorough. Their clean up was fast and fantastic also. I was very impressed. Thank you Steve Howey for being very patient answering my many questions. I give you all 5 stars & would not hesitate to use you again or recommend you to others!
We were impressed with the service from first contact at the office to the follow up. We are very satisfied with the job. It was done quickly and neatly. And we were very pleased with how the foreman took extra time to search for possible fallen nails in our yard.
