I've been going to this gym for about 12 years which is testament enough to the quality of the coaching staff, the facilities and the programming. But more important, this gym is a community of people that help each other, laugh very early in the mornings and can contribute to the positive life changes you are looking to create.
Great place to start working out. Coaches know how to help you get started. Strong family atmosphere and great community outreach.
