I was really disappointed with the customer service at this facility. The staff member who answered the phone was dismissive and acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. Her tone came across with a sense of entitlement rather than friendliness or professionalism. First impressions matter, and this one definitely made me reconsider bringing my child here.
My niece takes gymnastics lessons here. The instructor is patient with the 5 year olds. They are continually moving around a preset course of gymnastic stations.
