Really pleased with the customized Sand Ceremony set I ordered. The first one came slightly damaged and they quickly sent out a replacement in 3 days. Beautiful. Thank you!
Ordered a set of mugs for an anniversary gift. Got the mugs a week later which was great, unfortunately they messed up the dates. I messaged them and was told I would get a refund for them which I was happy about. However was only given a partial refund and now they will not reply to messages.

Worst vendor we worked with for our wedding. We ordered match box labels as wedding favours - only half came in. We emailed asking for them to resend them as our wedding was in one day - they ‘shipped it out’ and we got it ONE MONTH later after we had to follow up again. How did it end? We only ended up with half of our wedding favours! Our wedding is over, we have no use for match box labels delivered a month after our wedding - no refund, just match labels we don’t need. Avoid Wedding Star like the plague!!!!
