Susan and her team are delightful to work with! As a wedding videographer, I've worked with them many times and I'm always very pleased with how organized their timelines are and how friendly their presence is. You will not be disappointed when you choose them as your planner!
From my understanding she is very cheap with people she works with. She will use a coordinator, use them for extra time, not pay them and expect the world. This is a person I would never work with, EVER, as a bride or groom. If you want a person who is a slave driver and treats her people terribly, she is the person to go with. Look up any of the Dahl restaurants in the area. Lisa Dahl is a horrible human being. Think Gordon Ramsey but 1000 times worth. These are the Sedona people you avoid.
Susan with Weddings in Sedona was absolutely professional. She was responsive, had great suggestions regarding vendors, and paid close attention to all details. Everything went smoothly and she was there personally to make sure everyone enjoyed the day.
