Thank you Virginia for helping me find my dream wedding dress. She was so helpful, patient, and professional. She took her time to listen to me describe the style and design of wedding dress I wanted, and she never made me feel rushed. This store is clean and offers a great selection of wedding dresses. I highly recommend!
Cannot say enough GREAT things about this place and the people. Come here to get your wedding dress! Virginia is amazing. Kind, attentive, intuitive, listens to what you really want and you will never feel pressured. Their bridal selection is wide and varied - you will have many options. In comparison to the two other shopping experiences we had, this was far and above. Personalized, intentional…perfect! Thank you, Virginia, for being a part of our experience!
Of the 4 stores I went to, this was by far the worst experience I had wedding dress shopping. Virginia was condescending, dismissive and pushy. She outright said the appointment was a waste of time if I wasn’t determined to buy a dress that day. I understand it’s in no one’s interest if I’m there just to play dress up, but it’s very normal for a bride to want to shop around/take her time finding a dress. Loved my experience at weddings and dreams (all 3 of them!) - this was the first shop I tried out wedding dresses in, and the service was unmatched compared to the other east bay shops I went to. I never felt pressured into buying anything (which was a huge turn off from another shop), and she was so knowledgeable and helpful when helping me decide what looked best and pulling other options based on what I liked about the dresses.
