After a few bad experiences trying to find an officiant, someone suggested Sheri-D, and I couldn't be more grateful they did. Our ceremony was small and personal, and so meaningful. So much laughter and love was shared. Thank you Sheri-D.
We had a wonderful ceremony with Sheri-D and couldn't be happier we picked her to officiate our wedding. From the very beginning. Sheri-D paid a lot of attention to what we want and feel comfortable with, and she very quickly got a sense of what we might like. It was absolutely perfect. It was spiritual and meaningful to us, but also light and humorous at times. Sheri-D's care to create a ceremony that perfectly suited us was so appreciated. We also loved the care she gave us leading up to the ceremony, from sending positive reinforcement during the chaos a few days before the wedding to making sure we took deep breaths before walking down the aisle together. I highly recommend Sheri-D Wilson, who is also the Poet Laureate of Calgary, if you are looking for an amazing officiant for your wedding. Excellent communication from the beginning. Remarkable ceremony.... it was meaningful and yet still had enough levity to relax the guests. I am very grateful to Sheri-D for providing us with such a remarkable ceremony and presence.
