When I went here the staff was very nice, however, I had an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses and I'm so glad I went with my mom first to get ideas. Had we just gone for the appointment the girls would have had nothing to try on! They showed me a book with ideas and gave me a website to look dresses up, however, when I told them the dresses I liked (I think i gave a list of at least 5) they told me they only have 1 of those styles for the girls to try on. COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I was told the night I ordered (paid in full) my bridesmaid dress, BACK IN NOVEMEBER (for a wedding at the end of June), that they wanted to wait to have all bridesmaid dresses ordered at the same time because of Dye lot consistency in dresses. On May 11th, I had not heard a WORD about my dress. I knew via the bride that some bridesmaids didn’t place their order till early march. I'm not one to normally write a review but after my day with Vicky Lynn from weddings by Paulette I had to. We had a wonderful time and I found my dress. Vicky did a great job and made the experience perfect. She took her time and let me try every dress I wanted to. I never felt rushed on pressured to buy. I also appreciated that most of the dresses were a size 10 or bigger which as a curvy girl made me feel great. All and all I have to say it was A 5 star place with 5 star service.
