I was genuinely excited to tour this venue and had already felt confident it would be the perfect place for our wedding. Unfortunately, my experience with the on-site coordinator, Charlene, left me deeply disappointed. They arrived 20 minutes late to our scheduled meeting and offered minimal communication throughout the tour. Charlene was such a blessing, and was so excited about helping, any questions related to the wedding or venue she can help you. Charlene was absolutely incredible. She made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible and that everyone was comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better team. The DJ Hayden was also so wonderful. His patience and kindness really went such a long way. Thank you to the whole team!!!
GCR is by far the BEST place to book your wedding!! I worked with Charlene on my wedding for about 1.5 years and all my interactions were outstanding! Nicole handed my room block and was very patient and kind will almy many requests! My wedding at GCR has been the talk of the town and everyone LOVED the resort!!! The rooms were beyond beautiful and although some guests faced challenges (AC mostly), the front office team was quick to find a solution. Housekeeping ladies were so nice and kept everything tidy!
