Returning items was a hassle. They accepted my return, but did not refund my money for an extra 30 days beyond their terms and conditions. I had to get PayPal involved to resolve the dispute. Product quality and shipping times were good, just not the ring for us.

Very helpful customer service overall! They answered all of my questions promptly and effectively. Couldn’t be more pleased with my recent purchase. I wanted a wedding band that would easily last my lifetime and I’m sure it will! It’s a very substantial ring and it suits my hand well.

Beautiful rings, but the best part is the fantastic customer service. I had to return a ring for resizing, it was done and shipped back in 24 hours. Every email was promptly answered. The only negative is that they ship with USPS, which, here in Central Florida, is abysmal.
