Edit to add: despite the companies response on Google, I still have not received a refund or return call or email so it doesn't seem like they are very committed to working things out. Beware of any companies run by Justin Bazinet! Terrible company, Columbia Basin Event Group is the one who runs this along with other multiple businesses. They are a scam. DO NOT USE this company, veery unprofessional and basically do not care about your wedding. India showed up an hour late, and even then didn't know anything what she was doing, never contacted bride until the night before for organization and what the bride wanted, bride did receive itinerary from their company, but it was made up things she was going to do at the wedding, nothing the bride asked her to do, Friends of the bride did the planners job because India just walked around with a glazed look on her face, totally did ... read more

They are awful! They were late, unprofessional and unorganized! Forgot to set up a gift table, forgot to bring chairs to dance floor, rehearsal was late, ceremony was late! If you want your special day to be perfect do NOT use this business. They should be getting negative stars if available.

Wish there was an option to give them zero stars, because they were constantly running late, did a horrible job scheduling and coordinating. Wedding party was constantly confused. The DJ sucked they took none of the guest’s requests and started music when guests were already starting to leave.

Do not use them, can not stress enough how unprofessional they were and have been. At the rehearsal they simply sat there and let the minister orchestrate everything. To date I still have decorations that were never returned and $200 cash for any incidentals on the day of the wedding. It’s been over a month of me reaching out and asking with numerous voicemails. If zero stars was an option I would have chosen that!
