I waited quite a while before being helped when I first went in. I tried on a few dresses but the woman wasn't around to help me in and out of them. My bridesmaids did most of that. She also didn't choose or offer dresses for me to try. I felt the service to be very indifferent. My bridesmaids found dresses they liked so we ordered from Wedding Trendz even though I wasn't very impressed. My first impression of this store was not a good one but it was my last dress shop and I still hadn't found anything. Once in the store I found it very crowded and hard to view the dresses on the racks. We were told by the sales lady to "help ourselves", she didn't ask what I was looking for or offer any help in selecting dresses for me. I found a dress I really liked and she measured me, which is about all she did while I was there. I was not overly impressed with Wedding Trendz. The store was small, the mirror was too close to the couches, and there wasn't a very large selection. With the mirror being so close to the couch, it was hard to back up and see how everything looked and I don't think I got a good idea of how I looked in the dresses. The sales woman, who was nice enough, just let us go off and do our own thing and didn't make any suggestions as to what she thought I'd look good in.
