I ordered sparklers and received a box with just cardboard pieces. When I contacted customer service, I was told refunds are only issued within a 10-day window. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the box until a few days before the wedding (12 days after the 10day window), thinking everything would be fine. I received my order quickly, but unfortunately, my item arrived damaged. I paid a substantial amount for shipping, over $50 and expected the company to package the items properly. However, it was clear that the damage resulted from poor packaging, not the courier’s handling. There were no “fragile” warnings or protective materials used to secure the items.
