Overall great experience! So happy we used Wedding Sparklers Now for our wedding. Using sparklers was a last minute decision for us. We ordered the week of our wedding and received them with plenty of time. They are also very responsive and friendly, would recommend for anyone looking to use sparklers for their events. We recommend the 20 inch for quick use
I ordered sparklers and received a box with just cardboard pieces. When I contacted customer service, I was told refunds are only issued within a 10-day window. Unfortunately, I didn’t open the box until a few days before the wedding (12 days after the 10day window), thinking everything would be fine. Thankfully, I checked before the big day, or this would have been a disaster. I paid for a product and received nothing, and the company refused to make it right.
