I just want to say wow, some of the reviews on here. This is not your TV show say Yes to the dress. However it is a dress shop with anything and everything you would need for your occasion. Some have said staff unprofessional..? There is no staff but the owner who has dedicated her life to make our special day as special as she could and still does. If they had an option, not to have any stars, I would’ve picked -100, This woman is supposed to be a professional. She is a total opposite. I called her and she told me that she would help me have a good wedding day. She was able to take me the day before my wedding to help me find a good rental dress and she was gonna accommodate me and my friends and my family to be there the date before my wedding we showed up at 10 o’clock like she told us to , She never showed up for us. Tried to make an appointment to start our dress journey and she wouldn't even make us an appointment unless we had tried on dresses already and new what style we wanted. Guess we will be going elsewhere.

Just have to rant about this so called wedding shop!!! 💯 unprofessional staff! It’s says a lot about the business when the owner herself is helping you & she lies straight to your face about the dress you are getting, such as the price! Long story short I got my dress but with the circumstances like who knows how many people tried that dress on before me or even rented it before I tried it on 🤮 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 no AC in the store either, so being sweaty 🥵 and in a dress that hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long!
