This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I called in regards to a correction that needed to be made on one of my robes. The lady rushed me off the phone and told me to put it in an email. I emailed them and let them know the correction that needed to be made. I received the robes and of course the one I called and emailed about was incorrect. Not an all inclusive company size wise. I wanted to order robes for my brides, but they couldn't accommodate sizes. They told me to try ordering one to see if it would fit. So, tell me how I'm supposed to ask my bridesmaid to try on something that is supposed to be a gift? Also, how do you think that would make her feel if she couldn't fit into it? No, thank you. I'm not here to embarrass my friends. So I found another company that was inclusive and could accommodate what I was looking for.

Sizing came in for my order that was INCORRECT, even though PRIOR to ordering I spoke to Dolores who told me the sizing measurements, when I got the order, the sizing is HUGE … all she says is "you can pay to send it back and we will send you out a new one if you pay for shipping".. first of all … not even ONE SORRY … her first and exact words to me when I messaged her telling her I have an issue was "what's the problem" … Will never recommend these gals … terrible sense of communication and 0 customer service skills at all.... read more

Great prices and great quality. Customer service was good as well. Love the pics of the girls in the robes
