Horrible service. At first, they offered to help me create a great proposal, and the person who took on my event was very friendly and courteous at the beginning. Everything changed after they received the initial payment. They stopped answering my calls, and the good service was no longer there. On the day of the event, they placed things far from where I repeatedly asked them to, causing the other services I hired outside of this planner to charge me overtime because of it. We wanted to have small and cozy family wedding, nothing too crazy, but stylish. And girls did amazing, everything was perfectly matching our theme. They picked up the best location, connected us with unique photographer and videographer, and brilliant music band made our night
