Writing this review as a public service, to caution away future couples seeking a wedding planner from working with Fabienne (Wedding Muse). She was remarkably underprepared, disorganized, and aloof. When asked any simple logistic question, she would either complain she “had so many other weddings this summer” and didn’t know the answer, or pass the buck to the bride or groom (“Oh, she’ll know the answer,” “Why don’t you go check with the bride,” etc.). We hired Fabienne (Wedding Muse) as our florist for our wedding, and we couldn't be more happy with our decision. Fabienne was wonderful at our wedding. When my then soon to be wife spoke with her for the first time over the phone, she received the kind of vibe that later showed in the wedding day through the beautiful display of decorative flowers.
