TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! I ordered AND paid for silk flowers nearly a month ago that should have been here by now, but haven't heard a thing since placing the order and they took my money. I called their phone numbers (during business hours), and one has been disconnected and the other went right to another phone's voicemail. Buyer and Brides beware! If I could give them no stars, I would!! Just hoping they make this right.
Russ Wholesale Flowers was extremely reliable! I had flowers shipped all the way to California on Christmas eve and they were perfect. I ordered baby's breath, roses, hydrangeas, and snapdragons for my wedding. Absolutely beautiful! They opened beautifully for the wedding three days after arrival and lasted for over a week after! Thank you Russ!
Russ came through for me when I was in a last minute bind. He provided wonderful, responsive and reassuring customer service, and the flowers he delivered were beautiful. When a local florist botched my order, I left an evening message for Russ, hoping he could help me with hard to find flowers for next day delivery. My wife and I enjoyed having Russ be the florist for our wedding. We live in Naperville, so Wheaton was right in the next town. He had a great personality and his prices were better than the two florists we talked to as well...$995.00 to be exact lol. They looked great on our wedding day and even did when we came back from our honeymoon...my wife had many of them in water and took his advice on how to keep them going. Would definitely recommend Russ for anyone looking to wedding flowers in the suburbs.
