This company is an absolute disaster. I did have high hopes, it’s now been FOUR weeks since I placed an order and still haven’t received anything. They will not call me back and give me an update, I believe I have gotten scammed. Do NOT order from this company.
I do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if ordering from another country. They will make a mistake and not own up to it nor try to fix it. I had ordered 8 personalized robes for my wedding. When I added them to my basket, half of them came out as free which suggested a buy one get one free deal to me. I went through with the purchase. Placed an order placed 4/24/24 and had a problem. Kind of looked like a name was spelled wrong (Kassie's looked like Kajsie's) but it's the way the letters connect. The apron is really cute and ruffled and if the Letters stay on (they are like a foil, possible iron on) it's a good gift for the price. I will return to post if there is a problem with the lettering.
Ordering was easy. Product arrived quickly. The quality of the product is great. Thank you!
