One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. AVOID this place. I put a deposit on a dress, just to HOLD the dress. About two in a half weeks later, I contacted the store telling them I had found another dress, and was no longer interested in the dress. I asked to receive my deposit back, and was told no, that store policy wouldn’t allow that. Which makes no sense because I gave them $800 for them to hold the dress and the dress is going back on the sales floor. I’ve contacted the owner via email four different times... read more

Shelley is absolutely amazing. I could not have asked for better help picking out a dress. She had such good insight and advice. Every dress in the store was affordable and beautiful. We did not run out of great options.I felt like she understood what I like as a bride and actually helped me learn new things that I liked but didn’t notice that I was drawn to. I loved getting my dress at this bridal shop. They had a great selection of all styles and budgets. The staff was kind and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more.
