If only you could give lower stars. My bridesmaids and I had a disastrous experience with this store. Firstly, when you arrive after making an appointment, the dresses are so unorganized that if you are looking for one specific brand of TWO BRANDS that they carry, good luck searching through their stock to find the brand you want. We found my MOH's dress and wanted to get a different dress, but same brand to get the same color for the other bridesmaids, and we looked for another hour and a half before we finally just settled... read more
Horrible customer service. I called multiple times trying to figure out when my bridesmaid dress would come in. When I finally got a hold of the store (after multiple attempts at calling and emailing) I was told she would “check on the shipping”. This was a MONTH after we were promised the dresses. I only found out that my dress came in as the bride called that day and was told it was ready for pick up. No one reached out to me to let me know it was ready. The lack of communication is awful. I had the absolute best experience at Wedding Expressions! Shelley was extremely flexible with my calendar, going out of her way to open up the store for me! Then she spent almost 4 hours helping me find my DREAM wedding dress! I can’t thank her enough!!
