Absolutely wonderful! Staff: kind, friendly, sweet, helpful, creative Location: easy to access, plenty of space, calm atmosphere Experience: Five stars all the way! I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, but my sisters and the staff helped me “think outside the box” to find a dress and veil better than I imagined! My daughter went on June 13th to get a dress for a vowel renewal. The ladies at the store knew my daughter lives several hours away. My daughter found a dress she fell in love with. The dress was on Clearance. However, we were led to believe it was on clearance due to a spot on it that we were assured could be fixed. One of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. AVOID this place. I put a deposit on a dress, just to HOLD the dress. About two in a half weeks later, I contacted the store telling them I had found another dress, and was no longer interested in the dress. I asked to receive my deposit back, and was told no, that store policy wouldn’t allow that. Which makes no sense because I gave them $800 for them to hold the dress and the dress is going back on the sales floor. I’ve contacted the owner via email four different times... read more
