I had a very disappointing experience with the September 7th Wedding Experience show. The email I received only said the event was “postponed due to family illness,” but never clearly stated it was canceled. I packed my car, drove to Eagle Bank Arena, and only then discovered the show wasn’t happening. When I reached out, the only response I got was that “an email was sent and opened,” and then I was ignored. I have still not received a refund. Very poor communication and customer service.
The Expo put on by Wedding Experience is far from what they sell. The expo is small, too expensive to enter for how few amount of vendors are present. As a vendor ourselves, we were disappointed in the high cost but extremely low amount of guests that attended. We were sold that over a thousand brides had registered, but the truth was there was less than 100 that came through the entrance. Attended the Richmond show with my daughter & her fiancé. We were disappointed that the vendors they wanted to see were not there & they were advertised on the event website. Would not recommend this event. I'm just glad we had a coupon code for free tickets, as it was not worth the $15 admission charged
Absolute waste of time and money. I don’t think there were even 30 booths, only about half of one room. We walked through in 20 minutes, no caterers, no tent rental, only 2 places even had cake tasting and one was only if you booked that venue. Spent $45 with the tickets and parking. Awful. We were really looking for some help with some things. Could have done better staying home and searching online.
