Lovely staff, made buying my daughters wedding dress a pleasure. Would highly recommend.
Communication was a shambles from beginning to end, ignoring messages when the dress was meant to be ready to pick up and she hadn’t even started on it yet… then got told she didn’t ‘have the time’ for my sister when it had already been agreed twice in advance the date the dress would be ready… ignores requests you make on your own dress that has been paid for upfront.
