Just had my wedding dress cleaned by Dulais! I chose to go straight after my wedding but was still nervous at the cost / whether all of the stains would come out. The bottom of the dress was black and there were a lot of drink stains from the dress mopping the floor. I collected my dress and it was absolutely immaculate. After sitting in my wardrobe for 12 years in a bag my wedding dress was in a horrendous state, had turned yellow and stains everywhere as well as some Mould stains. So bad I thought it was unsalvageable. I took it to Dulais and they made me no promises but said they’d do their best. I was in absolute shock when we picked it up and it looked almost good as new. My future daughter in law was absolutely devastated when she noticed a mark on her wedding dress. It's ivory as well so difficult to source the right chalk for the day and ideally we just wanted the mark removed.. completely. Popped in to Dulais and Nav came to the rescue in 20 minutes whilst we popped next door for coffee and cake. He was so lovely too, totally understood how important it was to us and the mark is totally gone!!!!!We'll be back again after the wedding to get it completely cleaned. Thanks Nav!!!
