Jessica is incredible. My dress was quite large when it came in (from a different shop) and I was quite a bit panicked. Over my three alteration appoints, Jessica perfectly fixed my wedding dress to fit my perfectly. I was so confident my entire wedding day and that was largely because of how well Jessica did on the alterations for my dress. I would highly, highly recommend Jessica for your alterations in the Chicagoland area!
I cannot stress enough how to NOT go to this shop. My sisters and I had a nightmare experience. We showed up for an appointment and were turned away immediately for having one too many people. Keep in mind we were only there with sisters and moms. We were told someone could “stand on the other side of the shop” during our appointment.
