I cannot stress enough how to NOT go to this shop. My sisters and I had a nightmare experience. We showed up for an appointment and were turned away immediately for having one too many people. Keep in mind we were only there with sisters and moms. We were told someone could “stand on the other side of the shop” during our appointment. I found my dream dress at Wedding Design Studio! I went back and forth between here and another studio but nothing compared to the customer service and care taken at Wedding Design Studio. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find my dream dress. They even added detachable sleeves which were perfect to take off during the reception to dance. Jess was awesome, and I looked forward to every appointment there!
This place was amazing! I had a real scare with my dress when another tailor told me that they couldn't fix it… about a month out from my wedding after holding it for two months. After a total panic, my wedding planner recommended this place. They worked magic on my dress in a very short time, it fit like a glove, and I felt like a total princess.
