When we first came across Wedding Design and Decor, we were impressed by their work. At our initial face to face meeting with Ravi, we were greeted warmly and treated respectfully. We discussed our vision, and Ravi promised some complimentary décor at that time. However, after our walkthrough two months prior to the wedding, Ravi did not honor his promise regarding the complimentary decor and was dishonest when we asked questions about our reception decor. We worked with the Ravi & his team for our Haldi, Sangeet, Wedding & Reception. They truly exceeded every expectation. From the very beginning, they were incredibly adaptive and attentive. They turned our ideas into something more beautiful than what we could have ever imagined. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the décor. The owner, Ravi Verma, only cares about what you can spend with him and not on the actual product he is putting out. He took 2-3 weeks to get us a quote and blatantly disrespected us. Warning to any brides and grooms, he will make your wedding worst so please don't bother. It'll only result in aggravation with this type of company.
