Kristine is very personable, professional and extremely knowledgeable! I came in to resize a bracelet, and was able to get it back just a few days later, for an event that weekend. I picked it up and it was beautifully polished, it is a silver bracelet. Kristine at the Wedding Day in Maplewood will be my go to for anything jewelry related! Thank you again for a wonderful experience!
We went into the Maple Grove location on 04/05/2013 to sell a diamond engagement/wedding set after hearing their ad on the radio. It was the worst experience that I've had! It was clear from the beginning that they were not interested in offering a fair price and questioned our official appraisal. I will never recommend this company to anyone unless they want to be ripped off. This company is a major disappointment.
This place is the most unprofessional, unethical, business I have encountered in years. Because of television advertising we went in to sell a 1.5 tcw diamond and platinum ring with a replacement value of $6000. They offered my wife $275. That's right $275! We walked away laughing! And, the sales associate appeared irritated that we did not want to do business with her.
Greatly disappointed...... I had a really bad experience at Maplewood's Wedding Day Diamonds. There customer service was awesome! don't get me wrong. What went wrong for us, was when we purchased the ring the sales person specifically told us if we didn't like it, we could return it within the 30 DAYS FROM THE PICK UP DATE. Wedding Day Diamonds had a great atmosphere when I walked into the store every time. I was greeted by friendly, sincere workers that did not pressure me into looking at anything specific. I was able to look around and then start asking questions. The workers are very knowledgeable and straightforward. There is little dickering that needs to be done since they have very competitive prices. The quality of the diamonds and rings was second to none! What a great experience I had in search for that perfect engagement ring! I visited a few ring stores at the larger malls around the Twin Cities, but always felt pressured to buy that day. That wasn't the case when I visited the Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove. They greeted me with a smile and asked right away if I wanted something to drink and a fresh baked cookie.
