I had made a bridal appointment on December 15th with Emily, I was scheduled to come in January 2nd at 1pm. Appointment time comes around and I headed to the old location on 5th street, the place is mostly empty and there are people moving stuff out. I go to the new location, they tell me it’s their moving day and say they aren’t having any appointments because of the move. Poor communication on their part as they didn’t post about their exact moving day until around 5pm on January 2nd.

Went under new ownership and very disappointed. You would think a company would like to keep their customers. Nope. Will never shop here again and will not refer anyone to this shop. In fact I’ll make sure they know NOT to go here. And no I had no problem paying off the dress all I was asking is that you keep the dress after I paid it off and put the money towards another Different dress in your store.

I decided to go with this place due to my aunt coming here years ago, and she had an amazing experience. It all was going well, until they went under new ownership. My whole wedding experience with them was very disappointing. Many of our groomsmen and fathers had to come back more than once because their suits were way off. Not to mention, nobody called about them even being there. Not even for my husbands suit. But someone called when my dress was in? I assume prior to the new owner coming in.
