I am the maid of honor for a wedding and we ordered our bridesmaid dresses from this place. We placed our order and paid in September and the dresses still aren't in, it is now almost March. We were never told the dresses would take 4-6 months to be delivered. The wedding is April 5th, and now have only a month to get alterations done, if our dresses arrive. They ordered my bridesmaid's dress late!! it was supposed to come weeks before the wedding and came only 3 days before. The staff were completely rude and unprofessional about the whole thing. Terrible customer service.

The store is dirty, they are remodeling but the sample dresses look old and dirty. I was helped by a new salesperson who was very nice and tried to help as much as she could. However, another salesperson was very pushy, and kept recommending things that I told her multiple times I did not like. This made us really uncomfortable. I would not purchase here.

"Don't judge a book by it's cover." Upon first look, you would expect to find anything in this store worth trying on, but, their dress selection is very good with lots of different styles and options. The decoration and look of the place is incredibly dated but the dresses are not. I worked with Brie and she was able to pull lots of options for me and did a great job to accessorise the dress and listen to my likes and dislikes. I shopped here for bridesmaids and was very turned off by the sales staff as they were pushy and seemed annoyed when I could not find the color I was looking for. They made the experience not fun. There are a lot of places to shop and this is not one I would recommend.
