This company booked to do a photographer and videographer for our wedding in May of 2022. It has been over a year now, and still, no professional photos and video have yet to be delivered. The worst experience dealing with Wedding Bug! The photographer they sent us did a worse job than you can ever imagine. I booked a wedding for May of 2020 as we all know that was in the middle of the pandemic my wedding was canceled the venue went out of business I had asked for a refund months in advance of my wedding and they told me no that they would just photograph my new wedding I was like okay that's fine. Then the pandemic continued the venue went down the venue gave us our money back. Horrible pictures from the captures color maybe 5 photos were okay nothing professional about them. A once in a lifetime moment that I will never capture again. The photographer gave no direction capture people eating with mouth wide open the back views you name it they were all worst experience of my life on what was supposed to be memorable moments…. The worst experience EVER! The photographer they sent us was in the corner all night on his phone or outside on his phone. We couldn't enjoy our wedding at all! Our family, friends and wedding party had to constantly tell him to come and take pictures. What was supposed to be a magical and amazing day was ruined by his behavior. I've resolved the issue at this time. Hugh contacted me about my issue with the service. Its a tough time for everyone with the pandemic I hope we continue this process in good business and faith.
