I wish my daughter mother would have read the reviews first before proceeding to purchase a dress at this establishment... my daughter has been unhappy with the dress her mother purchased for her for prom. My princess wanted something more glamorous so we decided to return the one her mom picked up. We had the receipt, the deadline wasn't up, & the website says the store closes at 6pm we got there at 5:20pm. The owner getting in her car. We were greeted by a nice team of staff member for our bridal appointment .However, the area for trying on dresses is extremely small. It feels like you’re in an attic. The lighting isn’t the best and it’s hard to see the true color/shade of the dress. The staff kept forgetting what silhouette of wedding dress I wanted and asking me to try on dresses that were the complete opposite of what I was wanting. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! We were greeted at the door by a very pleasant gentleman who told us where the dresses were and said he would get the lady to assist us. Now comes the experience from Hell.... When she came down the stairs she immediately and rudely told us to come from by the dresses like we were stealing and that she only does appointments. We tried to tell her we had an appointment and that the gentleman had told us to go look at the dresses but she would not listen. Then she says the dresse... read more

We just wanted to thank Will for being so wonderful! He suited up my husband, his groomsmen, and our boys- all of varying sizes without a problem. He was super patient with our wiggly little ones and everything fit great.
