We enjoyed working with Arielle and her team of day-of-coordinators! Arielle was very responsive and always had last-minute openings to schedule meetings, even the same day! I still remember her personally reaching out when I had an issue or she could sense that a phone call would be better than an e-mail. A close family friend hired this vendor for their wedding today in Yellow Springs. Yesterday, before the wedding, we were setting up the venue and the planner failed to communicate with other vendors, including confirming with the caterer and the shuttles. Not only did this stress out the entire family, but the entirety of the wedding party (150 guests) suddenly had to do multiple rounds of shuttle trips in their own cars back and forth from the church to the venue.
