Would not recommend. Was only allowed to try on 4 dresses and was not allowed to look through the dresses, the sales assistant just picked herself. Kept describing the kind of dresses I liked but bought ones over that were completely different. Had hardly any stock. Waited nearly 2 hours to be seen. Was told to contact customer care to see if they had any dresses I liked in stock. Not a good experience at all, would not recommend.
Scarlett was lovely, couldn't have asked for a more patient assistant. Great service would highly recommend ❤️
I came here after a really bad experience at another bridal shop feeling really deflated and not looking forward to trying any dresses on at all. I spent 10 minutes with Molly before my whole attitude and feelings changed, she was absolutely amazing from start to finish, so kind and caring. She worked out instantly what dresses would suit me and my personality and I’ve come home with a dress that is everything I could have asked for and more. Finally feel like a bride. Thank you so much Molly you are an absolute angel xxx

Scarlett was amazing from start to finish. We selected 4 dresses including a wild card from Scarlett as I chose all of the same style dress and she advised to try on a different styles just to be sure on what I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble, from trying on multiple underskirts, veils, trying the same dress on 3 times. She even got some flowers to check how the colour scheme would go, from start to finish she was absolutely amazing and can't thank her enough ❤️
