Avoid this shop at all costs. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Went into the shop, no one said hi, we didn’t know who worked here. The customers waiting before us were telling us how long the wait is and the size orders of the dresses. We waited an hour and a half and the shop was empty, we then had to go to the till where two woman stood doing nothing. They said it will be a 15-30 minute wait. I went to wed2b yesterday with half of my bridal party and was served by Georgie! I came away with my dream dress and cannot wait to wear it at my wedding! She was so lovely and we had a lot in common, she really understood my vision!
Today I went to Wed2b I'm Middlesbrough, I was assisted by Caitlyn who was truly amazing. She listened to me and found me my perfect dress by the 4th one I tried on. I can't thank her enough for her hard work and general kindness throughout. I can't reccomend her or the shop enough!
